Responding to requests from Members the redesigned program will provide for multiple deductibles (SIR) and limits. Pricing will move to a rating plan based on exposure and territories. The initial exposure base will be population. Following the collection of data, the exposure base will move to number of miles of sewer lines, lift stations and other factors related to the sewage disposal system. Consideration will be given to maintenance, inspection programs, capital investment and other activities taken by the community to mitigate loss.
